Patch Notes - Beta v1.02

Fixes:

• Changed how game enters full screen at start, possible fix for not stretching to cover the whole screen and leaving black edges.
• The deer don't drop cheese and letters anymore!
• Fixed area transition from the forest south of Ravage which always took you to the night version of Ravage.
• Edited the Royal Messenger so he can't reset the quest anymore.

I'll be working on the other bugs reported. New feedback is welcome!
