Patch Notes - Beta v1.10b

I'm making lots of changes, but haven't packed everything for distribution, as I haven't properly tested everything yet.

In this version, there's a small cosmetic change and another change that should be invisible... unless it breaks someone's game, so please test.

Changes:

• Cursors should be fixed size regardless of your Windows scaling.
• A "single process" flag has been set. More testing is needed to see if this flag breaks the game for anyone. It's needed for Steam overlay, screenshots and being able to see Steam achievements, but in my previous game, this flag broke the basic game mechanics for some people and had to be turned off by default.
